ABOUT JENNA GREENWELL:
Jenna Greenwell writes songs of hope for the bewildered. Heavily influenced by Americana greats Brandi Carlile, Lori McKenna and Jason Isbell, her live performances blend grit and refuge, inviting those present to let deep sorrow point to other-worldly joy. Based in Montana, she primarily travels the Rocky Mountain region, both solo and with her band. Her sophomore album, Cottonwood Tree, is slated for release in September 2026. ABOUT THE COAL CARS DUO:
The Coal Cars Duo is the stripped-down, harmony-rich side project of Lee Calvin and Brian Wetzstein, the creative core behind the acclaimed Americana band Calvin and The Coal Cars. Rooted in the raw, storytelling tradition of country, folk, and roots rock, the duo distills their full-band sound into something more intimate but no less powerful.

Armed with acoustic guitar, pedal steel, and a deep well of lived experience, Lee and Brian bring a weathered authenticity to every performance. Whether on a small-town stage or in a packed listening room, The Coal Cars Duo delivers heartfelt songs about love, loss, redemption, and the open road. Their stripped-down arrangements put the spotlight squarely on the songwriting—soulful, gritty, and honest to the bone.

Perfect for fans of Jason Isbell, Turnpike Troubadours, Willie Nelson, and all types of Americana, The Coal Cars Duo reminds us that sometimes less is more—and two voices and 26 strings are all you need to say something real.
