Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be invalid, lost, stolen or counterfeit, and if so are void. We are not responsible for the validity of tickets purchased from 3rd party retailers (3rd party=not thru our authorized ticketing service provider Etix).
Ticket is a revocable license. Management may, without refund, revoke this license or refuse admission for noncompliance with these terms or for disorderly or disruptive conduct.

You consent to our use of your image, likeness, actions and statements in connection with any live or recorded audio or photograph or other transmission or publication of the event or the promotion of any future event.
You will be subject to a search upon entry. It is detailed below. There is NO RE ENTRY once you are in the venue. NO RE ENTRY is defined as entering the venue, leaving the venue and trying to return during an event. Once you leave, you are out for the evening. Patrons over 21 years of age will be given a wristband. Anyone under the age of 21 or without a valid ID will receive black “X’s” on both hands. At any point during the event, if a patron doesn’t have a wristband or “X’s”, they will be removed from the premises. Items not allowed :

No outside beverages
No drugs or drug paraphernalia
No chains, chain wallets, or spikes*
No weapons of any kind (this includes all pocket knives / leatherman / gerbers etc)*
No fireworks or explosives
No face masks or hula hoops*
No professional cameras (a professional camera is any type of DSLR or a camera with a removable lens)*
No Go Pros*
No audio recording devices*
No sharpies
No lasers or laser pointers*
No pets (with the exception of documented service animals)
*We do not offer onsite storage for prohibited items or bags, so please plan in advance. They will be thrown out.
We reserve the right to conduct security searches prior to entry and the right to refuse admission. Our security procedures may include the use of metal detection devices, pat downs, and bag searches. We utilize these safety measures during all of our events to make sure that all patrons, artists, and staff are safe and secure in our venue. We may also have Billings Police Department officers on site during our events to add even more security for our guests.
No cameras or photography unless specifically permitted by management in advance. No refunds or exchanges on your tickets. No smoking or vaping allowed in the venues. There is a designated area for smoking.
Yes, we are compliant with all ADA regulations. To reserve an ADA seat, please email us at eric@1111presents.com at least 48 Hours before door time of the event.
Yes, we have two ATM’s. One is located in the lobby and the other is located outside next to the ticket window.
These are dangerous activities that we prohibit. You may be asked to leave if engaging in these activities.
The times posted on each event indicate the time that doors open. Show times vary and are subject to change, but generally the show starts one hour after doors open.

We encourage our patrons not to bring bags into the venue. If you need to bring a bag, please make sure it is smaller than 10”x10”x2”.
No backpacks allowed.
All ticket sales are final. Refunds are only issued in the event of a cancellation by the headliner. We do not offer refunds for tickets purchased thru a 3rd party retailer.
Age restrictions vary by event. All attendees are required to purchase a full price ticket regardless of age.

Pub Station cannot guarantee that you, your guests or members of family will not become infected with COVID-19(and other naturally occurring disease processes) in attending any Pub Station sponsored events. In purchasing a ticket for any Pub Station events, you acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19(and other naturally occurring disease processes) and voluntarily assume the risk that you, your guests and family may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19(and other naturally occurring disease processes) resulting in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death. You further voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury to yourself, your guests or any member of family that could incur in connection with you, your guests and family’s attendance at any Pub Station sponsored events. Your purchase and attendance shall act as a release of all liability in addition to a covenant not to sue, and to ultimately discharge, and hold harmless Pub Station, its employees, agents, representatives and sponsors, of and from any claims, liabilities, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto.
