Howling personal declarations, jagged riffs, post-hardcore, noise, thrash, sludge, and ambiance collide within 156/Silence. In 2018, Kerrang! hailed the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania group as one of the 6 Underground Metalcore Bands Redefining the Scene. Less than a decade after their emergence, 156/Silence delivers again on that promise with an incendiary fourth album, People Watching. No two 156/Silence albums are alike, from the unhinged frenetic chaos of Undercover Scumbag (2018) to the gloriously savage and technical Irrational Pull (2020), which Metal Hammer likened to Converge and Botch. The diverse ruminations found in Narrative (2022) took things even further. People Watching continues the prolific outfit’s tradition of steadfast evolution. Produced by Jonathan Dolese (D.R.U.G.S., Emmure, Attack Attack!), the album embraces melodic hooks without sacrificing any heaviness. The band’s golden age of metalcore roots shimmer and swirl together with influences ranging from Aphex Twin to Thrice, Glassjaw, and Deftones, from movie soundtracks to horror games. ABOUT CHARLEY CROCKETTCharley Crockett spent 15 years positioning himself firmly outside of the cogs and gears that drive the music industry. The road to stardom never interested the San Benito, Texas, native. It was another path, the one forged by Willie Nelson and Waylon Jennings, which captivated Crockett. “What is classified as solid country gold from Willie and Waylon now,” he says, “was absolutely what they saw as disruptive, not country, dangerous, counterculture, whatever you want to call it.” Now, proudly in the crosshairs of those same labels, Crockett is not just in his element, he’s thriving. The April 3 release of Age of the Ram marks Crockett’s third studio album in just over a year and third with Island Records. The LP completes The Sagebrush Trilogy, joining 2025’s Lonesome Drifter and the Grammy-nominated Dollar a Day records to paint a vivid picture of Crockett’s journey from Texas dreamer, New York street singer, and twice-convicted felon to the belly of the country music beast. Like the previous two, Age of the Ram was produced by Shooter Jennings at the venerable Sunset Sound Studio 3 in Los Angeles. In Jennings, he found a friend, a peer, and a producer with a grasp on Crockett’s approach that most others missed. “They didn’t have a good handle on how I create and how fast I can move when I’m inspired and the microphones are on,” he says of the traditional music industry. After threading characters and storylines across the first two albums in the project, Age of the Ram finds Crockett and Jennings pushing their creativity with a concept record echoing the legacies of Nelson, Jennings, and even Gram Parsons. This is Crockett’s vision of hard country music. Guitar and pedal steel are the rule on the album, often accompanied by piano, harmonica and keys. The liner notes set the expectations: “Age of the Ram is the story of Billy McLane, a small-time cattle rustler who finds himself in the crosshairs of the Santa Fe ring. Pursued by bounty killers working for the shadow syndicate, Billy McLane escapes into the crazy mountains, where the outlaw will become a legend.’ Not until his cover of Billy Joe Shaver’s “Low Down Freedom” does Crockett break from his characters and his concepts to pay tribute to late nights hanging with his producer — and a lyrical cameo by Crockett’s wife and partner, Taylor Grace — on “Me & Shooter.” After all, that’s still his right as the biggest thorn in Music City’s side. “Any time a Texan goes into the Nashville machine and keeps his faculties,” Crockett says, “that machine’s bound to change.” Etix is the ONLY authorized ticketing agent outside of the Pub Station box office. Please join us for Igor & The Red Elvises on Wednesday, July 8th in the Pub Station Taproom. ABOUT IGOR & THE RED ELVISES Igor Yuzov was born in Germany, raised in Ukraine and studied in Russia. He grew up in the former Soviet Union, where folk music was the norm and rock’n’roll was illegal. A rebellious streak, led him to seek out the forbidden music. As soon as it became possible, Igor left Russia for America with his “Folk’n’Roll” band Limpopo, and was personally greeted by Ronald Reagan. In 1993, Limpopo won Ed McMahon’s Star Search and their popularity began to blossom. In 1995, Igor dreamed that Elvis Presley came to him and told him to start playing rock’n’roll. Igor and his Russian friends became Red Elvises and gave street performances on Santa Monica’s 3rd Street Promenade. As their crowds grew larger, the City of Santa Monica ordered them to discontinue their street performances. Evolving over the years, Igor’s music has been labeled “Siberian Surf Rock” which contains humorous lyrics and grooves that forces his audience to dance. Over the past 20 years, Red Elvises have constantly toured all over the world with occasional breaks to record new music and to participate in film and television projects. As an independent band, Red Elvises have produced 12 studio albums, two live albums, a live concert DVD, and a Greatest Hits compilation. Some of their most notable film contributions include music and or performances in “Six String Samurai”, “Mail Order Bride”, “Armageddon”, “Skippy”, “Melrose Place”, “Fastlane”, “Penn and Teller’s Sin City Extravaganza”, “VH-1 Behind the Music”, and “MTV”. Pecos & The Rooftops

ABOUT PECOS & THE ROOFTOPS: Pecos & The Rooftops have been perfecting a signature heavy blend of lowdown country and classic rock since their inception in a big five-bedroom house in Lubbock, Texas. Formed in 2019 by a tight-knit squad of college friends, the band outfits their soulful Americana with muscular guitar grit, yet remains tuneful and melodic. They’ve carved out a singular niche for themselves in the rich songwriting tradition of their home state, as evidenced by their debut Warner Records single “5AM.” Anchored by the heart-baring songwriting and booming voice of former Marine Pecos Hurley, the band is rounded out by top-tier players and songwriters Brandon Jones (rhythm guitar), Jessie Santos (lead guitar), Kalen Davis (bass), Garrett Peltier (drums) and Hunter Cassell (guitars & keys). ABOUT CHRISTOPHER CROSS: Christopher Cross burst onto the music scene with his 1980 self-titled debut album, winning five Grammy Awards, including—for the first time in Grammy history—the “Big Four” most prestigious awards: Record of the Year (for the single “Sailing”), Album of the Year, Song of the Year (also “Sailing”), and Best New Artist. In a career spanning more than four decades, Cross has sold over 10 million albums. His music has garnered five Grammys, an Oscar, a Golden Globe, an Emmy nomination and five Top 10 singles. Within a year of the first album’s release, Cross joined music royalty Burt Bacharach to write “Arthur’s Theme,” for the movie Arthur, which won an Academy Award for Best Song. With his 1983 release, Another Page, Cross was again in the Top 10 with the singles “All Right” and “Think of Laura.” His song, “Swept Away,” composed for the hit television series, Growing Pains, was nominated for an Emmy. Cross started his own label and, since 2007, has released 8 albums of new material, including A Christopher Cross Christmas and The Café Carlyle Sessions, jazz treatments of hits and favorites born out of a residency at the famous Hotel Carlyle in New York City.
